Who we need

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate willing to be part of the technology revolution in the traffic analytics industry we are pioneering. On the way to achieving that mission, we are looking for someone to help find top talent, grow and take care of our team.

As an ideal candidate, you are a team player who is proactive and able to work independently. You will be representing and creating the GoodVision employer brand, building the company’s recruitment process and working closely with leadership and the engineering team. You will become a GoodVision culture ambassador internally and externally. This role is flexible (full-time or part-time) and based in Prague.

Recruitment will take the most of your time in the near future but you will be also taking care of people – driving the culture, optimising employee lifecycle, helping with team engagement and development activities.

Responsibilities
  • Being a trusted partner for leadership to plan a headcount, attract and retain top talents 
  • Create a GoodVision recruitment strategy based on future company needs
  • Active sourcing and outreach of engineering candidates on LinkedIn and other channels, being in charge of job posting and processing the applications
  • Screening and being the first point of contact for the candidates and providing excellent candidate experience
  • Building and continuously improving the recruitment and onboarding process and recruiting best practices
  • Organising team gatherings and team building events
  • Opportunity to get involved in people & culture agenda
  • Help organisation to discover each individual’s potential, contribute to their growth and provide a level of freedom to organise their own work and schedule
  • Regular evaluation of the team satisfaction and performance 
  • Contribute to a positive work environment
  • Designing Employer branding strategy in cooperation with the marketing department and executing EB activities, events etc
About you
  • Relevant tech recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, recruitment process design, offer management, employer branding etc)
  • Relevant people operations experience (onboarding, employee lifecycle management, culture and team building activities etc) –  but you don’t have to be an expert in all HR processes
  • Preferably experience from the fast-paced startup environment 
  • Proactive personality with a can-do attitude and scrappy mentality
  • Passion for building processes from scratch
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment 
  • Excellent communication and listening skills 
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn constantly 
  • Genuinely interested in people and their wellbeing
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and help other people
  • Interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, community building
  • Excellent English both spoken and written, Czech language a plus
