Senior Business Development Manager
Who we need

GoodVision’s mission is to create a world where people commute safely and effectively. As we grow to achieve that mission, we’re seeking experienced business development managers to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical understanding to support our complex portfolio of products and a passion for planning, relationship building and supporting clients.

We are looking for candidates who share our passion for the technology revolution in the traffic analytics industry we are pioneering. Business development manager should have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to think and work strategically with clients towards achieving THEIR GOALS.

About you
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills and IT fluency
  • Excellent organisation skills, ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Experience developing processes where little exists and demonstrated flexibility to get things done
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
  • Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written English language
  • 5+ years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange product walkthrough sessions
  • Proven sales track record
  • Presenting products from our portfolio to clients
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales processes
  • Attending conferences, webinars, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing solutions and proposals for clients
  • Regularly assess risks and opportunities; understand best practices, drive for process improvements, and find new ways of operating, with a focus on simplification and productivity
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a relevant field
