Customer Support Consultant
Who we need

GoodVision’s mission is to create a world where people commute safely and effectively. As we grow to achieve that mission, we’re seeking a Customer Support Consultant that will join our Sales Team. You will be looking for new sales leads and opportunities, creating the initial contact and presenting our portfolio. You will initiate conversations with potential customers providing all necessary information about our products, answering their inquiries, solving their issues and guiding them through the whole customer journey. You will be the essential part that connects customers’ needs with the software development teams.

About you
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A real team player with a people first attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Proactive and flexible attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • English fluency both spoken and written (natives are welcome)
  • Experience in similar positions (SaaS experience is a plus)
